About IDS Community Development
IDS seeks to bring innovative design, financing and program offerings together to maximize the positive impact of its developments on the surrounding community. Combining private sector financing with strategic public sector investment yields a higher return on limited public subsidies available. Projects are initiated based on community needs and development is implemented with input from local stakeholders to ensure alignment with local goals. Designs emphasize both the end user and the communty.
